On July 25, SmartRental Group will open the doors of Smartr Lloret de Mar, a new tourist apartment asset , the result of collaboration with the Excelion fund .

Smartr Lloret de Mar has 59 tourist apartments ranging in size from 50 to 70 m2, some equipped with a sauna and jacuzzi. The property also has a swimming pool and a conference room.

This opening on the Costa Brava is the first of the collaboration between the investment fund Excelion and SmartRental Group in Spain and, in the words of Motti Gruzman , CEO of Excelion, "it marks the beginning of many openings with SmartRental Group."
